High BMI Impacts Survival in Younger Patients With Breast Cancer

New data suggest that, in postmenopausal women with hormone receptor–positive breast cancer, overweight and obesity were overall predictors of lower disease-free survival, while body mass index had no apparent association with the effect of extended endocrine therapy on disease-free survival.
